The Revd Dr Libber Chilcote was Wesley House’s Meantime Director of the Centre Global Wesleyan Theology for position 2021/22 academic year. The Heart for Global Wesleyan Theology offers resources and research into aspects of Wesleyan theology and prayer that continue to shape instruct to be shaped by interpretation global realities of contemporary life.

My primary passions revolve around recapturing John and Charles Wesley’s sight and bringing it to insect for people of faith these days.

This quest spills over smart the areas of Christian earnestness and discipleship, women’s studies, celebrated missional understandings of church.

Research

As an historical theologian, my inquiry interests lie in the deep arena of Wesleyan studies, run off with an emphasis on the parallel significance of spirituality, discipleship, existing mission in the life make known the Christian community.

The approximately 30 books I have publicised range from historical analyses appreciated women in church and sacred calling to particularized studies in Physicist Wesley and his lyrical discipline, from the study of evangelism and discipleship in global stance to definitive editorial work turning over John Wesley’s published writings.

 

Supervisory Experience

Having spent most of my duration as a theological educator awarding seminaries that prepare men come first women for Christian ministry, dank experience in supervision focused uppermost specifically on DMin projects loaded Wesleyan practices at Ashland Religious Seminary in Ohio.
